Laundry Perfect.

We all have those days where we have to do laundry but we just throw in everything together than wonder why I clothes look ragged and old. Here are some tips on keeping your clothes looking new and clean!

1. Button up, Zip up and Tie up: Anything that has a zipper button or a tie do it up before putting it through the machine! If the tie is a lose one than remove it entirely that way you won't lose it. Be aware with what you are putting in the washing machine with zippers, they could come undone while being washed than tear another piece of clothing!

2. Fabric Softener: The key to all washes is to use fabric softener but don't use too much this will leave clothes feelings greasy.

3. Pillowcase It: With bra's and underwear use an old pillowcase to protect them from the intense movement of the machine. When picking a pillowcase try to use a white one this way if it gets dyed you can change it but you don't want it to do the reverse and dye your clothes.

4. Inside Out: Dark clothes are best to be washed inside out! This way the colour won't leak out and go onto other pieces! When washing really dark new things try and wash them seperaly for the first wash!
                                           

5. Scent Clean: Try to find a soap that has a lasting smell, so that even if it does sit in your closet for a few days when you put it on it smells as if you have just washed it!

Few Last Tips:
Keep an eye on the dryer time, some pieces with need it more than others, so judge it accordingly
Separate colours from white!
Read the tags on expensive pieces of clothing!
